- Information reasonably sufficient to permit Autoquotes to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

4. Counter-Notification Procedures
If material you posted or provided has been removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice, and you believe this was done by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notification to our Designated Agent. The counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the US, for any judicial district in which Autoquotes may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with Section 512(i)(1)(A) of the DMCA, Autoquotes reserves the right, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, to terminate or restrict access to users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
6. Caution Regarding False Claims
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including court costs and attorney's fees incurred by the alleged infringer or copyright owner.
